Kevin knows that understanding a client’s vision and goals is the key to building the kind of quality experiential programs that EventLink is known for. This client-centric approach has been the guiding principal behind EventLink’s methodology since Kevin helped found the company in 2009. He began his career in the automotive industry, detailing and delivering vehicles to the automotive media, and quickly progressed to program and account management for clients such as BMW, Chrysler, Subaru, and Acura. When he’s not working, Kevin enjoys coaching his son’s t-ball team, playing golf, and spending time in the kitchen.

As a founding member of EventLink, Gerry brings 20 plus years of knowledge and expertise in the Automotive Event Marketing Industry. His expertise lies in his ability to evaluate big-picture deliverables, create custom logistical solutions and develop the fulfillment and execution plans that exceed customer expectations. Customer satisfaction and attention to detail are his true passion and the driving force behind everything EventLink designs, produces and executes. Gerry is an outdoor enthusiast who loves boating, fishing, golfing, and off-roading. He enjoys watching college football, NASCAR, golf, and cooking a great meal.

John’s expertise runs the gamut from one-day media launches and dealer training sessions to large-scale week-long training events for 5,000+ guests. He has managed EventLink’s BMW Performance Center partnership since 2001. He has developed and executed more than 1,000 events while consistently exceeding the customer’s goals and expectations. John loves playing baseball, basketball, and golf, as well as being out on the water boating, fishing, and enjoying time away from the office.

Joe is a seasoned CFO/COO with 30 years financial and operational leadership. He oversees planning and managing our finances, providing strategic, operational and analytical insight to the business. Joe’s experience covers a variety of high-tech and engineering services industries as well as high-growth environments. Previously, he was CFO/COO at EPM Inc., a nuclear engineering firm; CFO and EVP at Dextrys Inc., an outsourced China based SW engineering firm as well as the CFO of Zipcar. Joe also held senior financial roles at several publicly held technology companies, playing key roles in multiple acquisitions, fundraising and public offerings. Joe started with Deloitte, and practiced as a CPA. Joe is a graduate of Northeastern University with a PMD from Harvard Business School. When not working, Joe is on his bike or enjoying time with his family while watching as much women’s softball as he can.

Steve brings a wealth of automotive marketing experience to the Eventlink organization having worked “both sides of the desk” as an executive at General Motors for 17 years and as a Senior Vice President at Ross Roy/BBDO advertising agency for 10 years. His experiences in brand building, experiential marketing, film and TV, global licensing, merchandising, sports sponsorships, promotions, vehicle management, field sales; working with dealers and building a field promotional agency have given him insight and knowledge unmatched in the automotive industry. Steve is considered a visionary in many aspects of the work he has done, yet never loses sight of the fact you have to roll up your sleeves and work hard to make a vision become reality.

Richard has been responsible for all aspects of accounting, finance, taxes, and treasury functions for EventLink since 2010. Prior to joining EventLink, he spent ten years in public accounting as a senior auditor at Arthur Anderson LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP, where his clients included middle market automotive suppliers with international operations generating annual sales ranging from $50 million to $500 million. He is a Certified Public Account with an MBA from Wayne State University. In addition to Richard’s financial acumen, he is a SHRM Senior Certified Practitioner leading the EventLink HR team. Richard is a devoted family man who enjoys attending his kids’ activities, playing golf, and travel.

Jeff has been with EventLink since its inception, joining the team as a project manager and quickly moving up through the ranks, now specializing in the overall production side of the house. Jeff has lent his expertise to programs of all kinds, including hospitality, ride and drives, celebrity valet, and product placement events. He was the account manager for GM’s largest consumer event, Main Street in Motion, and has led a wide variety of programs for Chrysler, Audi, BMW, and Mercedes. He has recently found a true passion for the overall management of production services, His programs have taken him to locations throughout the U.S, and to Canada and Puerto Rico. When he’s not traveling, Jeff enjoys hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, and spending time with his wife and son.

Chris Merz is the newest addition to our leadership team bringing 18 years of IT experience from the aerospace, defense, manufacturing and automotive sectors. Blending strategic and operational expertise, Chris always places business results at the forefront of every endeavor allowing for growth, efficiency and cost savings. Staying on the leading edge of technology, Chris understands how it can be translated into effective customer integration opportunities fulfilling both long-term vision and immediate needs. An entrepreneurial spirit fuels Chris at his core which makes him the perfect fit into the EventLink team. He is an avid skier, outdoorsman, cub scout leader and father.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Mike is the air traffic controller for Eventlink keeping all the programs running smoothly, supporting all facets of EventLink’s event business operations. Mike is responsible for ensuring program managers have the budget and resources to plan and execute successful events, handling everything from site services to risk management. In his spare time, Mike can be found, playing golf, volleyball, or enjoying a moment of relaxation.

DIRECTOR OF PRODUCTION SERVICES
Ryan oversees all of EventLink’s “back-of-the-house” services defined by hiring and managing event, warehousing and transportation staff, procurement of equipment that includes trucks, trailers, tents, etc. and managing all necessary equipment rentals. He works closely with the Department of Transportation in understanding regulations, driver requirements and ensuring all paperwork is in order to transport materials to and from every program site safely and in a timely manner. He runs our warehouse, manages the FLEX asset and inventory system and is responsible for our corporate safety protocols. In his “spare” time Ryan loves to spend his time outdoors fishing, hunting, camping and hiking with his family.
