You will be working for EventLink LLC as part of the Customer Experience Team. This team is responsible for representing the Porsche Experience Center (PEC) in all areas of the customer experience including; telephone, email and onsite check‐in. The PEC is a facility in Carson, CA designed to immerse groups and clients in all that is Porsche. From one‐on‐one instruction to off‐road courses to drive simulators, the PEC is a total reflection of Porsche’s past, present and future. This position requires a friendly, outgoing personality and an interest in the automotive industry. The Customer Experience Team consists of two roles, Customer Service Representative and Customer Concierge. As a member of the team you will be trained and versed in both roles, but your primary duties will be for one or the other. The team is held to specific KPIs and includes an incentive structure.

EventLink hosts driving events throughout the United States and occasionally further. If you enjoy consumer interaction and being “in-front” of large groups, the position of EventLink Product Specialist may be just right for you. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively in presenting a diverse group of products and services that may range from automobiles to health care services. Product Specialists are required to understand their assigned product or service in detail and should be able to express features, benefits, technical material and other aspects that align with brand requirements in both small and large group environments. Product Specialists must be able to learn concepts easily, be well-spoken, feel comfortable in a stage/presentation setting, and be willing to travel. Strong communication and presentation skills are mandatory.

Our Promotion Specialists are comprised of a large, diverse group of talented people who thoroughly enjoy customer interaction.
EventLink Producers focus on delivering our client’s brand vision and goals through either sales and product training, consumer-facing events, experiential product interactions or any other form of engagement that brings a brand and/or product to life from beginning to end. This includes up-front strategic thinking, pre-event planning, organizing teams and overall coordination and oversight of all operational aspects for an assigned task. Event Producers establish and maintain project communications with clients, internal team members, vendors and all related departments within the organization to ensure the highest level of success. Essential requirements include outstanding communication skills, a strong work ethic, and ambition, along with the ability to self-start, identify opportunities, solve-problems and manage a team. This is not a typical 9-5 job and includes frequent travel across the United States.
Professional Licensed Commercial Drivers provide a valuable service at EventLink. We operate events throughout the continental United States that may last a few days to several weeks. Our drivers transport equipment, provide set-up, operational support and tear down of programs. Drivers have the responsibility of securing loads for transit, adhering to DOT regulations and policies, and completing all required paperwork.
*Drives must have at least 1 year of experience and be 23 years of age.
