DESCRIPTION

The Project Manager position is an excellent opportunity to work with forward-thinking individuals in the cutting-edge industry of electric vehicles. The Project Manager is responsible for the day to day management of program deliverables, coordination of training materials and weekly reporting of progress against defined milestones and deliverables. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to drive complex projects to completion on time and on budget.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with manufacturers, technical resources, vendors and internal subject matter experts to facilitate training content delivery and assure flawless project execution
  • Holistic project management including development of training events, delivery, on-site support and post-project summaries
  • Organize and set clear expectations regarding process, tasks and deliverables
  • Oversee strategic approach to training including planning and coordination of deliverables, delivery methods, content creation and storage
  • Create detailed project plan and manage to the plan, ensuring successful, timely project completion
  • Manage all program materials, assets and logistics
  • Develop, coordinate and implement strategic training platforms
  • Create and develop presentation decks, workshop materials, editing content
  • Oversee implementation of training requirements and manage training process
  • Assist in building education and awareness of zero-emission vehicles
  • Research and manage vendors and coordinate deliverables
  • Act as a liaison between client and agency, providing timely status reports
  • Summarize key performance indicators from training initiatives to team members and identify and report opportunities for improvement
  • Gather data to continuously monitor and analyze program performance
 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous automotive, electric vehicle or electrification space experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Travel required (25%)
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
  • Video production and editing experience preferred
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaborate with a team
  • CAPM or PMP Certified Associate in Project Management or Project Management Professional preferred
  • Prior experience working with Engineers, an Engineering team or on an Engineering project preferred
  • Self-starter with exceptional communication and client-facing skills
  • Direct yet professional communication skills; able to interact with a wide variety of personalities
